[Application-profiles-ig] Update to "Related Projects"

All, I have added the recently issued report from the RDA Task Force on Application Profiles to our related projects page [1]. Note, this is Resource Description and Access, the library standard, not Research Data Alliance "RDA". There will also soon be a report from a group advising the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (another library group) on Metadata Application Profiles. I will post that one when it is available. As a very brief summary, the RDA profiles are used solely within a single cataloging service, AFAIK. (It's behind a paywall - if anyone else has insight please let us know.) The PCC document will be a roundup of needs for application profiles for that particular cataloging community.
